Product Conditions Summarized
Liquidation items come in various product conditions and it is important to know which condition you are purchasing
Customer Returns: Items purchased and then returned by customers. These may be in new, lightly used, or non-working condition.
Overstocks: Brand-new items that were never sold at retail, typically surplus inventory from retailers or manufacturers.
Shelf Pulls: Products pulled from retail shelves, often due to seasonal changes, packaging updates, or excess inventory. Usually in like-new condition, sometimes with minor signs of handling.
Master Case: Factory-sealed cases of new merchandise. These are generally in pristine, untouched condition.
Pre-Worn: Previously used or worn items, often apparel or shoes, sold as-is.
Defective: Items known to be non-working or damaged, typically for parts, repair, or recycling.
Tested-Working: Items that have been tested and confirmed to be in working condition.
Refurbished: Used products that have been repaired, cleaned, and restored to working condition - usually by the manufacturer or a third party.
Irregulars: New items with minor manufacturing flaws, mislabeling, or sizing inconsistencies that prevent them from being sold as first-quality goods.
