Who handles shipping and how does logistics work?

When it comes to liquidation, shipping logistics can vary depending on your inventory type, location, and the chosen selling method. LiquidateNow works to make the process as smooth and cost-effective as possible - whether you're shipping to us or we’re coordinating delivery.

Who pays for shipping?

  • In most cases, buyers cover the cost of shipping

  • If shipping to our Los Angeles facility is required, we’ll help coordinate logistics with no upfront fees

  • Any shipping fees incurred are simply deducted from the final payout (if applicable)

📦 Shipping to LiquidateNow

Some inventory is shipped directly to our warehouse for sale or auction:

  • We’ll provide instructions if your inventory needs to be shipped to us

  • If you don’t have a preferred carrier, we can help coordinate pickup or freight

  • FOB (Freight on Board) terms apply in many cases, meaning the vendor is responsible for delivery to our facility

🔁 Direct-to-Buyer Shipments

When we sell to one or several buyers directly:

  • You may ship inventory directly to the buyer(s) and that buyer(s) would cover shipping

  • We’ll provide shipping labels or instructions as needed

  • We handle buyer communication and logistics setup

🚫 Do I need to cover shipping upfront?

No. LiquidateNow is a no-out-of-pocket-cost service:

“You will not incur any up front costs during any portion of the liquidation process.” — LiquidateNow FAQ

If we coordinate shipping, we’ll deduct the cost from your future payout - so there’s nothing to pay in advance.
